Adventures in Maple Sugar Land

Well, we did complete our maple sugar backyard experiment, and it *was* quite an adventure!

    Wow! That's incredible. What a long process, i have say I probably would have quit half way through - actually... i probably would have never tried! Makes me wish we were in the house I grew up in! All those tress.... LOL! Thanks for letting us know how it went! That was fun.

    Were the stock pots hard to clean afterwards?!

    Yes, it was long, but fun!:)

    Actually, no, the pots were very easy to clean. I didnt even wash them until the next day - I was SO tired by the time it was ready! But, it was just like having a littly residue of syrup on them, so hot water melted it right off. I have heard, though, that if it happens to burn, that you might as well throw your pots away!
